Australia: Privately Manufactured Aerogramme Form - SPECIMEN

This is a privately manufactured aerogramme form, permit #21, with the Moomba Art Festival 1960 cachet in the lower left corner of the front panel. It has a "SPECIMEN" overprint in red, 85 mm wide and 8 mm high.

So far, I have seen "Specimen" overprints of the privately manufactured aerogramme forms of Australia only on this permit #.
