Lesotho: New Earliest Known Date for NGK #11
The NGK catalogue says that this aerogramme (#11) was issued in 1993. This copy shows that the aerogramme was already available in October 1991: postmarked 25. 10. 1991, also dated 24. 10. 1991 in writing panel.
