Australia privately manufactured aerogramme form (permit #14, Cornish #14.6) used from Singapore (cds Singapore Airport 27 DEC 1960) to the US. These aerogramme forms were given to travellers on board of Qantas airplanes.
Cornish states that the approval for this aerogramme form was only granted on January 12, 1961.
