Papua New Guinea: Uprated Aerogramme

This is the 30t "Wattled Ploughbill" aerogramme of Papua New Guinea (Roggenkaemper/Russ/Wiegand #15), issued June 26, 1985. It was sent, with an enclosure, to the US on June 26, 1986. The additional franking was necessary to meet the 70t rate for ordinary air mail letters.
